The villa comprise 9 double rooms which confortably sleeps 18 guests. It can be booked with or without professionnal staff depending on preference.

With its exceptional amenities, the villa offers 7 rooms, a master bedroom with a private terrace, a family cinema, as well as a 200m2 wellness space with a jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, pool and fitness room. Within the basement, you will find a teppanyaki area, seating 12 people. The exceptional garage can host up to 10 cars and there is a glass room to display your most excusive car. An underground lounge, a wine cellar and private bar with a state-of-the-art sound system make for perfect evenings with friends and family. Ideally located for private and coporate events as well as product launches, Ultima Grand Villa can also be rented for short as well as extended periods of time.

You can admire the beauty of Geneva’s nature whilst being pampered with family and friends. The state-of-the-art spa has a large treatment room, a Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. CULINARY – A chef will be available to create the dining moments meant for you. There’s a large dining area, a wine cellar and teppanyaki dining space perfect for group getaways or inventive corporate events.
